Demand for hotel rooms is high during conferences and other
events. Our advice is to make your reservation, if possible,
at least three months prior to the event in order to be sure of
having the best possible choice from among the various hotels.
After
making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, then you
have a definite reservation.
Efficient Hotel Partner have pre-blocked a lot of rooms at several hotels at
competitive rates.

Golden Tulip Hotel Central and Best Western Euro Hotel are
located within walking distance of the meeting venue in the city centre.
Campanile 's-Hertogenbosch and Mövenpick 's Hertogenbosch are located
outside the city centre and connected by a 1-hourly shuttle bus service to
the meeting venue. Hotel Prinsen Vlijmen, Mercure Den Bosch Rosmalen, Van
der Valk Nuland, Van der Valk Vught, Hotel Huize Bergen Vught, NH Hotel
Waalwijk, De Ruwenberg St-Michielsgestel and Golden Tulip Zaltbommel are
located at a distance of 10-20 minutes by car, depending on traffic and
connected by a 1-hourly shuttle bus service to the meeting venue. Sofitel
Cocagne Eindhoven, and Holiday Inn Eindhoven are located in Eindhoven near
the railway station, at a distance of 30-40 minutes by train or car to the
meeting venue. NH Utrecht and Park Plaza Utrecht are located in Utrecht near
the railway station, at a distance of 30-45 minutes by train or car to the
meeting venue.
