the 2008/2009 ESID fee has not been paid, the non-member registration fee
will be charged.

Registration
fee for participants includes:
Admission to the meeting,
programme and abstract book, certificate of attendance, Welcome reception at
Jheronimus Bosch Art Center, Cultural Event at St. John's Cathedral, Gala
dinner (ESID-INGID-IPOPI members and their accompanying persons only) at the
Orangerie, all lunches and coffee breaks.
Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons members ESID / INGID/ IPOPI: EUR 175
Including:
Welcome reception at Jheronimus Bosch Art Center on Thursday, Cultural event
at St. John's Cathedral on Friday and Congress dinner at the Orangerie on
Saturday.
Accompanying persons non - members: EUR 50

Cancellation
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the
conference secretariat. Cancellations made before August 1, 2008 will be
refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds
will be given. All refunds will be made after the conference. |
